The petitioner objects to the construction of an EU-funded biogas factory in the village of Dumbrăveni, Romania. He argues that the developer of the project has illegally acquired from the city hall the land on which the factory is to be built. The petitioner considers that the factory poses a threat to the health of the local population and asks the European institutions to stop its funding.
