Framställaren varnar för att det blir allt vanligare med diabetes och andra sjukdomar kopplade till hög sockerkonsumtion. Framställaren anser att det bör bli obligatoriskt att märka produkter med mängden socker som de innehåller i procent av det totala innehållet för att öka medvetenheten bland befolkningen om de hälsorisker som hög sockerkonsumtion innebär.
