Dear Mrs von der Leyen, dear Mrs. Lagarde, dear Mrs Merkel,
Europe sees a disastrous impact and solidarity is required to ensure our citizens health, welfare and future. It is not far fetched to compare the impact of the necessary shut downs in each country, with our postwar economy - so to keep it short and simple:
despite allocating budget in favour of European health care and ICUs, the mandatory action is: SPEND & subsidise each and every citizen, freelancer, shop, company not with loans but with grants and subsidies to ensure that our econcomical welfare endures.
For refinancing start EUR-Bonds on a paneuropean basis and bring in also Germany´s power & strength: it´s just 70 years ago that we had to rely on our former enemies to build up our country again - so solidarity is without question.
In granting loans or postponing instalments, CRR will force every little shop and every big group of companies to default & domino day starts. So push liquidity into the market by granting subsidies for free (e.g. on request 60% of average turnover per term) and refinance via Euro-Bonds, fully backed by European AND German government AND central Banks - in case even forced to be bought by financial institution. DO IT, Europe and our freedom based on ROME´s contracts is worth, as Rousseau & Montesquieu taught us.
