More and more people are isolating themselves with the help of their capital. They have acquired this wealth through the exploitation of nature and people. It is now foreseeable that these very rich people will use their capital to leave our exploited planet. In this case, restrictive measures should be taken. People are allowed to leave the planet if they have not neglected to keep it livable! Anything else would be a crime!
Reason
Billions of people work to create our prosperity. They must not be deprived of every livelihood for the benefit of a few! Today we see the result of the ruthless exploitation of our planet and are experiencing a daily increase in the shortages and costs of vital resources. Education, health and access to drinking water cannot be taken for granted!
