Increase presence of NATO near Chechnya and Belarus

As army of Chechnya and Belarus openly support Russian unprovoked aggression and killings of civillians they threaten security of Europe and countries-participants of NATO.

As more and more civillians begin to be victims of Kadyrov militarists and Belarus support of Russia it seems clear that these countries don't care about peace in Europe and world overall. Civillians from Europe countries die every day, ships from countries from different corners of the world sink and get shot. Rescue helicopter from Romania just got hit.

As Belarus and Chechnya are a real threat to security in Europe, increased presence near Belarus and Chechnya will help to defend peaceful people that live in Ukraine and European countries on its borders.
