Give the Red Cross permission to take out from Ukraine dead Russian occupants back to Russia

Requesting the International Red Cross to solve humanitarian problem, take out bodies of Russian occupants from Ukraininan territory and sent them back to Russian Federation. In order to show up Russian government and citizens thousands and thousands of their soldiers who lost their lives because of bloody ambitions of their mentally unstable region. Russian people and mothers of these soldiers have to realise what they are fighting for, they have to pay an attention to this, otherwise their sons will be killed.
