What we would like to see is a change in the final exams for first year la Salle IT software course. The main idea would be to change the overall structure and build-up of the IT Software grade, where the components that would make up the grade would be the weekly deliverables, content pill tests and the Final Project; without taking into consideration a 'Mid-Term' exam exam.

Uzasadnienie

The main reasons to take off an IT exam is that students did all the tasks and components which will be in the exam 2-3 months ago and feel like they have lost specific skills which they had acquired in class. Furthermore, the pandemic (Covid-19) has distracted and changed the whole structure and learning abilities for students and it is a factor which should be taken into consideration. In addition, there has been a trend which shows most students feel demotivated when taking online classes and find it harder to follow subjects, that if taken in class would have been easier. In conclusion, the workload la Salle students received for IT was overwhelming, if taken into consideration the short period of time we had available to complete them, also we have had the project to complete as well. If exams are to be added on top of the work load we currently have it would affect our overall grade.
