Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) said it is supplying some of its technology to Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort, a tourist complex with a foreigner-only casino in Incheon, South Korea.

CPI, the Crane NXT Co business, said in a press release that Mohegan Inspire will supply the SC Advance Note Verifier (pictured) and Easitrax Web software "to all 550 units at the bottom of the casino."

Developed by Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, which trades as Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, the property opened its casino in early February after launching an off-game amenity in late November.

CPI said its SC Advance Note Verifier has a "98% first-pass acceptance rate and lowest jam rate in class for both street-grade cash and TITO tickets" and "ensures a seamless and uninterrupted playing experience for casino visitors."

The latter reference was a "TITO voucher," which is typically issued by electronic game consoles when players make cash payments for game credits.

CPI said its EasyTrax web software is "a strong companion to SC Advance" and "allows casino operators to streamline operations, manage cash reductions efficiently, monitor slot machine performance and track machine analysis remotely."

Bill Murphy, CPI's vice president for Asia Pacific, stated in the announcement: "By installing 550 SC Advance Note Verifiers with EZTrax Web, [Mohegan] Inspire Casino will be able to increase operational efficiency while delivering a global gaming experience for our customers."

Yik Kah Fai, Head of Slot Operations at Mohegan Inspire, was quoted as saying that the adoption of SC Advance and Easitrax Web products "ignores our commitment to delivering exceptional and technologically advanced gaming experiences to our customers."
