Petition addressed to: Generalsekretär António Guterres

We want to pressure the big players to stop ripping off millions of children every day. We have to speak up and explain the issue to as many people as possible because it does not get enough attention at the moment. The fewest people know about the actual conditions in which the children have to live and work. We have to force the big players to stop ripping off children. We have to stop supporting them in what they are doing. Everyone can help! We have to raise our voice to show them it is not okay what they are doing and that we are absolutely against every form of child labour.

Reason

We want to stop child labour! Nearly 10% of children all over the world are involved in child labour. The crucial thing is, around half of those children are in serious hazardous conditions. This can lead to bodily and mental harm and even death. This is totally unacceptable! Additionally these children have no perspective what so ever. They have no opportunity of schooling or any other from of education. This is restricting their fundamental rights and threatening their futures. We can’t let that happen to the big amount of 152 million children!
