Vlagatelj peticije je švedski državljan, ki živi na Danskem in se pritožuje nad danskim upravljanjem nadzora meje s Švedsko, ki se je začel marca letos. Pravi, da je na meji prednostna vrsta za danske državljane, medtem ko morajo vsi drugi državljani EU – tudi tisti, ki živijo na Danskem – čakati v drugi, precej daljši vrsti. Meni, da je takšna ureditev diskriminatorna do drugih državljanov EU.
