The petitioner calls for a renegotiation of Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 (Dublin III) calling for three specific amendments. Deportations under the Regulation should be suspended and Germany should invoke its sovereignty clause in all cases. Deportations to Italy should not be admissible under any circumstances.
