On inadequate implementation of Directive 2002/49/EC relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise in parts of Baden-Württemberg, Germany

The petitioner says that the only actions taken to implement Directive 2002/49/EC in the municipality of Angelbachtal (Baden-Württemburg) were the adoption of a noise action plan and the introduction of a 30 km/h speed limit in March 2016. Two noise measurements have been taken since 2016. No other measures have been taken andthe speed limit has not been enforced. The petitioner believes that the Directive has not been correctly implemented.
