On guidelines to prevent infection in food product markets

The petitioner suggests a directive at EU level to introduce an architectural model for food product markets that would stay open in cases of emergency. In order to prevent infection through delivery of products food product markets he recommends certain installations and guidelines for a number of food product markets in the region. Among others, clients should only get in contact with the product located behind glass in the moment of withdrawal. These markets should operate fully automated or staff should fill up the product shelves separate from the front glass door.
