The petitioner complains that German tax authorities request full information as regards the disability of his daughter for whom he submits tax declarations. He explains that providing a document confirming status and grade of disability of his daughter was not sufficient for tax authorities and that he was requested to submit the full medical dossier. The authorities did not instruct the petitioner to blacken the sensitive data.
