On alleged mistreatment by the financial institutions in Bulgaria

The petitioner complains about mistreatment by certain financial institutions. She alleges that she was forced to sell inherited properties despite her desire to repay her loan instalments. She accuses these financial institutions of harassment and phone threats. The petitioner alleges that she was convicted in her absence by the Sofia District Court and now she requests for the intervention of the European Parliament to restore her civil rights.
