We attend, that the elementary right of physical integrity, guaranteed by the basic law, is the first priority, not private money making interests. We urge an obligatory environmental impact assessment for each asphalt plant and the determination of binding savety limits for smelling and/or harmful substances.
Perustelut
A plant, producing asphalt for pavement surfaces in our village produces extremely stinking and vomitive fumes. There will be no help from government agencies. The laws of the FRG disadvantage the citizens in a crude manner, it is allowd to produce stench for 1/10 of the time! (More than two hours a day!) Health effects are not evaluated.
The GFR can only be forced to react on this nischief by the EU.
