Key Climate change / Global warming Factors are Heat and CO2 pollution from fossil fuels, including jet fuel, to which the abovementioned project was intended for. Can also relate to land and marine transportation fuel.
Focusing ECB funds on the Sun-to-Liquid Project to become major industrial fuel supply would mitigate further climate change.
Reason
Implementing the programme on industrial scale via seriousness of intentions of ECB to fund - would mitigate heat and CO2 pollution as major factors of "Global Warming" climate change, also calling other major World regions to action leading by example. Construction would also create jobs and become a truly positive factor on world economy.
