Petice adresovaná:
School Authority of WSEI Lublin
We, the undersigned, are writing to bring to your attention several concerns regarding the treatment of foreign English students at WSEI Lublin. As students we believe it is essential to address these issues to ensure a fair and inclusive environment for all students.
Limited Access to Sports hall: It has come to our attention that foreign English students have been facing significant barriers when attempting to access sports hall and facilities on campus. This limitation not only hinders their ability to engage in physical activity but also creates a sense of exclusion and unfair treatment.
Racial Profiling: There have been instances reported where foreign English students have been subjected to racial profiling on campus. Such discriminatory behavior not only violates basic human rights but also goes against the values of diversity and inclusion that our university stands for.
Mistreatment: Foreign English students have reported incidents of mistreatment by university staff and faculty members. This mistreatment ranges from dismissive attitudes and unfriendly responses creating a hostile environment that undermines their academic and personal well-being.
Poor Administration: The administration's handling of issues related to foreign English students has been subpar, with delays in addressing grievances and a lack of transparency in decision-making processes. This poor administration further exacerbates the challenges faced by these students and erodes trust in the university's leadership.
Lack of Communication: There has been a lack of effective communication between the university administration and foreign English students, leading to misunderstandings, frustration, and a sense of alienation. Clear and timely communication is crucial to fostering a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
In light of these concerns, we respectfully urge the university administration to take immediate action to address the issues outlined above. Specifically, we request the following:
Ensure equitable access to sports grounds and facilities for all students, regardless of nationality or background.

As a student at this institution, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the challenges and obstacles faced by international students, particularly those from English-speaking countries. This concern is not just mine but is echoed by many students, faculty, and community members who value diversity and inclusivity.
