China's Ministry of Public Security mentioned the situation in a statement Friday after meeting with police representatives from those countries in Chiang Mai on August 15 and 16.
The plan showed that all parties had an "active" stance on the issues, the Chinese foreign ministry said.
In November, Thailand and China agreed to strengthen cooperation on efforts to combat transnational crimes, including online gambling.
In the same month, China and Cambodia issued a joint statement to strengthen cooperation in cracking down on online gambling and telecommunications fraud.
