I, myself, have personally experienced or witnessed bullying and/or displacement of film workers by senior members of The Irish Film Workers Association.

I ask Josepha Madigan, Minister of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, to meet with Screen Guilds of Ireland to put in place a template of resolution similar to SPEAK UP & CALL IT OUT, to establish an Industry-wide code of behavior which can be supported by all within the Irish Film Industry.
