First of all, we'd like to thank you for supporting Shevani, her action, and for raising a voice for the palestinian people.

Two quick updates here:

1. We met people from myvoice-mychoice.org in front of parliament, and learned that they also launched a petition for the exact same puporse of suspending immediately the EU-Israel trade agreement. Within a few days, they collected nealry 100000 (1 hundred thousand!) signatures. We have decided to join forces, so we will start sharing their petition rather than the present one. 2. Shevani has stopped her hunger strike after seven days. On Wednesday, she was relayed by the two gentelmen in the picture: Michael and Pascal. Thank you, so much, to them, for keeping the pressure on in front of the European Parliament. Such relays have been used in the past and are a powerful way to keep the pressure and attention while limiting health risks for participants. The plan is now to stay there with the hunger strike relay until the 23rd of June (earlier if a suspension takes effect soon), when discussions on the EU-Israel association agreement are currently planned to be concluded and a decision by the foreign ministers is announced.
