On 9 March, the EU imposed SWIFT restrictions on 3 banks in Belarus similar to those imposed on the other 7 banks in Russia. This means SWIFT exclusion for Belagroprombank, Bank Dabrabyt and the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus and their Belarusian subsidiaries.
The most important banks for the gas and oil business can continue to operate as before!
