Less than €70 net increase per month (17 points): THIS IS NOT ENOUGH!
Contrary to what HR suggests, negotiations on general wage increases have not yet been completed. Not a single union has accepted the proposals of the HR!
We demand a minimum salary raise of 200€ net / month (50 points) for all !
50 points means an increase of at least 10% for salaries below €2,000net/month.
50 points also mean 5.9% for the average salary of pasteurians.
