New title: Protection of the Human Rights for the Polish LGBTQ LGBTQ+ society

New petition description: We, the undersigned ask EU Parliament, EU Council and EU Commission to get involved in the recent events that resulted as an attack on the LGBTQ LGBTQ+ society in Poland. We ask the above stated European Institutions to find a series of measures and a way to impose them to ensure protection of the Human Rights for LGBTQ LGBTQ+ society in Poland, which will ensure reinforcement of Human Rights for all its citizens by the Polish State. We the citizens of the EU and other supporters, seek protection of the Polish LGBTQ LGBTQ+ community from the exodus that is happening led by the conservative political party PiS bearing majority of power in Poland, and the Polish state which by doing nothing is accomplice to breaking basic principles of the EU and the European Law.

Neue Begründung: Special shout comes out from recent events that have put a Polish LGBTQ LGBTQ+ society under heavy discrimination and attacks, coming both directly from the conservative political party PiS or agitated citizens of Poland by the actions of the mentioned political party. Poland as a state is either blind or is shutting its eyes towards the actions of one of its most prominent and powerful parties PiS (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość). PiS is taking steps to outlaw LGBTQ LGBTQ+ citizens of Poland, strip them of their Human Rights and endanger their existence, all proven furthermore by recent and latest events of distributing stickers "LGBT-free zone" in the right-wing weekly publication Gazeta Polska.
Leading political streams in Poland and all supporting them (primarily conservative media, both written and digital or others), contributed by the actions of major party in power PiS in declaring Poland "LGBT-free zone", are breaking:
• European Convention of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms; Section 1; Article 1 (Obligation to respect Human Rights), Article 2 (Right to life), Article 3 (Prohibition of torture), Article 5 (Right to liberty and security), Article 8 (Right to respect for private and family life), Article 9 (Freedom of thought, conscience and religion), Article 10 (Freedom of expression), Article 12 (Right to marry), Article 14 (Prohibition of discrimination), Article 17 (Prohibition of abuse of rights)
• EU Charter of Fundamental Rights; chapter I to V
