Added english translations for both text fields.
Changed the end date to fit the orginally planned 15 days, that the fill-in form was not allowing (only 1 week and 4 weeks were available).

Nous, personnels de l'Institut Pasteur, réuni·e·s en assemblée le 27 septembre 2022, à l'initiative du STRP-CGT, lançons une pétition s'adressant à la direction générale de l’Institut Pasteur.

Nous exigeons une revalorisation des salaires des personnels permanents et non-permanents (CDD, post-doc, alternant·e·s, doctorant·e·s, employé·e·s, etc.)

Nous demandons une augmentation de 10% de tous les salaires.

We, the staff of the Institut Pasteur, after gathering in a meeting on September 27, 2022, at the initiative of the STRP-CGT, are launching a petition addressed to the General Management of the Institut Pasteur.

We demand an increase in the salaries of all permanent and non-permanent staff (fixed-term contracts, post-doctoral fellows, PhD students, employees, etc.)

We demand a 10% increase on all salaries.

Considérant :

• que l’INSEE prévoit cette année une inflation atteignant les 7%,
• qu’aucune augmentation générale des salaires n’a eu lieu depuis 2017,
• que les augmentations individuelles ne permettent pas de pallier la forte baisse du pouvoir d'achat à laquelle nous sommes TOUS confrontés,
• et considérant l’excellent santé financière de l'Institut Pasteur (plus de 10 millions d'euros de bénéfices annuels moyens depuis 10 ans).

Considering that:

•  the INSEE forecasts this year an inflation reaching 7%,
•  no general salary increase has taken place since 2017,
•  the individual increases are not enough to compensate for the sharp decline in purchasing power that we are ALL facing,
•  and considering the great financial situation of Institut Pasteur (more than 10 million euros of average annual profits for 10 years).
