Added indication on how to add affiliations to signature.


Neue Begründung:

We encourage fellow astronomers, astrophysicists, space scientists, astronomy educators and communicators to sign the petition with their professional role / affiliation in brackets (try not to use a comma, otherwise the role / affiliation will appear before your name).
