Уточнила текст и название, исправила ошибки


Новое название: Allow childrenUkrainian boys under the age of 21 to travel abroad for the period of hostilitieswar.

Новое описание петиции:

The war that is now going on in Ukraine is the genocide of Ukrainians! When everything is over, someone will have to restore not only the country, but also the nation!

In the entire civilized world, adulthood comes at 21!

Why should our children, instead of being in a safe place, continue their education in order to return later to rebuild Ukraine, sit in the basements and wait for the bomb to fall on them?

Moreover, they certainly will not help the army in any way, no military training, but will be either a burden or cannon fodder!

I hope that my message will resonate not only with mothers, but also with the President of Ukraine, who will think about the fact that children should not be in a war that will break their psyche or take their lives!
