Wiederholungstäter, keine Schuldeinsicht

Der Verurteilte wurde zum wiederholten male straffällig und zeigte in keinem der beiden Fälle Schuldeinsicht. Westenthaler wird auch weiterhin nicht von Straftaten abzuhalten sein. Zumindest während der Haft wird er kaum noch Verbrechen gehen können.
