Es ist nicht unsozial, wenn Menschen für Dienstleistungen, die sie in Anspruch nehmen, auch bezahlen. Hingegen ist es unsozial, wenn die Allgemeinheit oder der Leistungsanbieter für persönliche Entscheidungen aufkommt. Deshalb ist die Forderung und damit die Petition in dieser Form abzulehnen.

Gesellschaftliche Solidarität ist gefordert!

Es ist nur gerecht und im Sinne der gesellschaftlichen Solidarität, wenn derjenige, der mehr Leistungen erhält bzw. in Anspruch nimmt, hierfür auch mehr zahlt. Eine andere Frage ist bei einer geänderten Beitragspflicht die Höhe der einzelnen Beiträge je Kind. Letztere müsste sinken, wenn die Zahl der beitragspflichtigen Betreuungen steigt.
