Für einen Schulneubau stehen enorme Geldressourcen zur Verfügung. Diese können auch dafür genutzt werden, um einen alternativen Standort zu finanzieren.

Jahrelange Verzögerung

Eine neue Schule auf der Sandscholle wird erst in 5-6 Jahren fertig sein, weil vor dem Baubeginn erst ein neuer Sportplatz gebaut werden muss. Bisher soll das auf einer Fläche am Bahnhof Rehbrücke erfolgen, die mitten im Natiúrschutzgebiet liegt. Heute steht da noch ein Wald. Warum sucht man nicht ein Grundstück, auf dem man gleich die Schule bauen kann und nicht zuvor einen Ersatzsportplatz braucht?

Schulweg für Grundschüler muss kürzer sein

Der Standort Sandscholle ist sehr ungünstig gelegen. Der Fußweg von der Tramhaltestelle (Plantagenstra0e) beträgt ca. 15 Minuten, Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt immer noch 7 Minuten von der Sandscholle entfernt. Wenn der Radschnellweg nach Stahnsdorf geschaffen wird, ist das morgendliche Verkehrschaos in der Stahnsdorfer Straße vorprogrammiert. Es gibt bessere Standorte. In der Großbeerenstraße z.B. hält der Bus genau vor dem Apolloniahaus. Das ist für Grundschüler viel günstiger.

Beides kann sich nicht ausspielen, da Bildung einen höheren Stellenwert in (unserer) Gesellschaft einnimmt als Sport. - Überspitzt ausgedrückt (1): der gesellschaftliche Nutzen eines kürzeren (=! rel.sicheren) Schulweges ist > als der gemeine Nutzen kurzer Wege für 'Freizeit/Hobby' Sportler - Überspitzt ausgedrückt (2): eine Kindheit ohne nahgelegenen Naturrasen(Lauf)-Sport ist freilich möglich - eine ohne Grundschule im Viertel bescheiden - Überspitzt ausgedrückt (3): 'Lärm' Emissionen von Kindern sind kein Lärm < im Gegensatz zum Amateur-Freizeitfußball

haben eine Grundschule vor Ort nötiger, als einen Rasensportplatz. Indes würde der Sportplatz bei einem Bau der GS nur verkleinert.

Stadtverordnete und –verwaltung..

können sehr gut ohne eine solche (obsolete) Petition zu einer definiten Entscheidung kommen, welche die Wohlfahrt aller 'Stakeholder' und die ökologischen Relevanz berücksichtigt.
