Transparenz ist überfällig . In der Gestaltung der Grundsteuer einerseits sowie in der allg. Haushaltslage der Kommunen. Einnahmen und Ausgaben transparent veröffentlichen! Mehr Bürgerbeteiligung mittels Abstimmungen wäre wünschenswert. Der Hebesatz war, ist und wird bleiben eine wichtige Stellschraube, die mit über die Höhe der Grundsteuer entscheidet. Dubios, dass einige Gemeinden vor 2025 den Hebesatz drastisch erhöht haben. Jeder ist betroffen und sollte protestieren, Eigentümer wie Mieter.

Die neuen Werte wurden exakt zu der Zeit festgelegt, als die Immobilienpreise am höchsten waren. Inzwischen sind sie (wegen Gebäudeenergiegesetz, etc.) gesunken, wenn nicht eingebrochen. Wenn hier nicht nachgesteuert wird, läuft es auf reine Abzocke hinaus.
