Grundsteuer-Ungerechtigkeit

Mit den derzeitigen Zahlen steigt unsere Grundsteuer von rd. 70 auf rd. 210 €!!!! Wir haben ein einfaches Einfamilienhaus auf ganz kleinem Grundstück, in einer nicht lukrativen Gemeinde!!!! Wir sind zudem Rentner und kommen so langsam an unser Limit aufgrund des Geldfraßes an allen Ecken und Kanten des Alltags. Unsere Immobilie wurde zudem aufgewertet. Einfach so! Wieso und warum (außer gieriger Willfährigkeit des Staates) kann ich nicht nachvollziehen!
