Доки дитині не виповниться 3 роки, мати не може повноцінно працювати або зовсім працювати, особливо, коли діти на грудному вигодуванні, в цьому віці дітям повинен бути забезпечений особливий догляд. Тому, знаходячись за кордоном для матері це особливо важко та нереально прогодувати дитину та себе. Це також повинно регулюватися нормативно-правовою базою, якою в данний час нехтують (
