Höhere Geschwindigkeiten in dem Fall 25kmh sind hilfreich um weiter menschen das e scooter fahren attraktiver zu machen. Fahrräder sind auch ohne Probleme bis 25kmh fahrbar

25 kmh finde ich super gut alles was über 25kmh geht sollte danach mit einen Führerschein und Helmpflicht unterstützt werden und ab 26kmh sollte es spezielle Nummernschilder geben
