A new refugee policy for a peaceful intercultural together

Since the refugee crisis of 2015, millions of people have been taken in as migrants in the EU. The fact that there are also some who are not willing to integrate and are prone to violence has long been known and is often downplayed in the media or not mentioned at all.
Of course, there are also countless asylum seekers willing to integrate who make an effort to learn the local language and are able to interact with their fellow human beings. These must not be unfairly dismissed!
Draft a law in which criminal and conspicuous people with a migration background can be expelled from the EU by being immediately returned to their country of origin by air or land with a deportation notice. Most of those who receive a notification go into hiding and are therefore "cannot be found" or, in short, they probably stay in the country anyway.
Therefore pick up and deport directly. Expelled offenders should also be subject to an EU entry ban to avert danger.
This system would also be an incentive for those who need to be aware of losing their protection status.
Furthermore, the external borders must be strengthened and all those wishing to enter must be registered by fingerprint and/or iris scan. The countries concerned have to work together in setting up, maintaining and occupying the facilities.
