Inflationsanpassung

Höchste Zeit, dass die Gehälter der öffentlich Bediensteten der Inflation angepasst werden - die Landesregierung muss die entsprechenden Geldmittel im Jahr für Jahr neuem Rekordhaushalt vorsehen. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr eine Lohn-Preis-Spirale sondern vielmehr eine Preis-Gewinn-Spirale in Südtirol. Die Südtiroler Landesregierung (siehe Vertrag der Führungskräfte vom letzten Jahr mit über 20% Gehaltserhöhungen) sorgt dafür, dass die Reichen immer reicher werden.

Die Gehälter der Politiker sollten gekürzt werden und diese Geld den wenig verdienen mit Kindern und geben

Freier Markt, Effizienz, Steuern runter

Wir sollten es wie Argentinien und Griechenland halten. Nicht alles ist Staats- bzw Landessache. Weg mit allen Förderungen. Steuern runter. Es gibt Bereiche (langfristige Rahmenbedingungen, Schutz Privateigentum, Gesundheit, Infrastruktur) die muss und soll er übernehmen und andere der Wirtschaft lassen. Die Bibel schrieb „…nur einen Zehnt sollst du abgeben“. Wir sind heute bei ~48%.

Effizienzmangel

Die öff. Verwaltung ist wichtig, das rechtfertigt nicht automatisch eine Erhöhung. Eine Gehaltserhöhung für alle ist problematisch, da sie nicht zu einer Steigerung der Effizienz führt. Die, die keine Leistung zeigen, profitieren ebenfalls von einer dieser Erhöhung. Ich habe persönlich erlebt, wie während der Arbeitszeit geschlafen oder eingekauft wird. Deshalb sehe ich nicht ein, warum alle, ohne eine messbare Mehrleistung, eine Gehaltserhöhung erhalten sollten.

Ich glaube dass die öffentlich Bediensteten nicht so schlecht verdienen. Wäre es nicht angebrachter dir Mindestrenten der alten Leute anzuheben ?
