Pflicht des Kantons

Die Spitalseelsorge ist kein religiöses Angebot, sondern das Angebot einer spirituellen (weltanschaulich neutralen) Begleitung in Krisenfällen. Zudem senkt sie nachweislich die Gesundheitskosten. Das Gesundheitsgesetz verpflichtet den Kanton, dieses Angebot aufrechtzuerhalten. Mit den drohenden Sparmassnahmen entzieht er sich dieser Pflicht.

Mir scheint, dass für die Seelsorge die Kirchensteuer eingezogen wird, nicht? Es ist nicht Aufgabe des Kantons, religiöse Angebote zu finanzieren.
