La limitation a été introduite déjà par l’ancien conseiller fédéral Berset. Le problème est le manque de réactivité de la FMH et une certaine indolence voir complaisance avec les décisions politiques. Il n’y a pas de réaction forte dans la presse ni d’idée pour bloquer cette politique destructrice vis-à-vis de notre profession.

Bonjour, Cette limitation n'est pas introduite à cause de la FMH, mais à cause de politiciens qui ont fait modifier la LAMal en mars 2025, demandant ainsi au Conseil Fédéral de fixer une telle limite et qui du coup l'a imposée au partenaires tarifaires OTMA SA dont fait partie la FMH. La FMH s'est toujours prononcée contre un tel principe, mais elle n'a pas le choix et doit désormais souvent choisir entre la peste ou le choléra...
