Elle est tout à fait légitime. J’arrive de Bruxelles ( près de jette) et il est vrai que dans cette zone il y beaucoup de parcs canin... Je viens d’emménagé à Nivelles et à ma grande graaaande surprise, aucun parc pour les chiens ! Dans ma rue une personne sur 2 possède un chien! Ça laisse à réfléchir...
