Voor tewerkstelling in eigen regio en voor de ouderen/hulpbehoevenden die in eigen regio kunnen verblijven zodat ze ook regelmatig bezoek kunnen ontvangen van hun geliefden/bekenden. Zeker met het openbaar vervoer waarmee mensen moeten proberen om in de rusthuizen in de naburige gemeenten te geraken.
