Weil unter dem Vorwand der Sicherheit viele wertvolle Bäume gefällt oder verstümmelt werden. Man muss die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen ändern, damit nicht jeder Baumhalter wegen eines abbrechenden Astes vor Gericht gezerrt werden kann und die Baumbesitzer schon im vorauseilenden Gehorsam wertvolle Bäume vernichten. Bäume und Wälder haben nämlich eine weit reichende Bedeutung für unsere Gesellschaft, v.a. für Klima, Erholung und Biodiversität.
