Steuern und Abgaben, Gleichbehandlungsgrundsatz

Auch Motorradfahrer zahlen Steuern und Abgaben (anders als z.B. Radfahrer) um damit die gleichen Rechte zur Benutzung von öffentlichen Straßen zu haben, wie etwa Autofahrer. Eine Einschränkung der Benutzung müsste auch einhergehen mit einer Einschränkung der Abgaben. Es entspricht auch nicht dem Gleichbehandlungsgrundsatz!

Ich glaube, dass Motorräder weniger umweltbelastend sind als Autos. Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen können kontrolliert werden, Strafen für Raser können höher sein.

Auch ich zahle Steuern. Von meinem Steuergeld werden auch die Kosten nach Motorradunfällen bezahlt (Rettungseinsatz,Krankenhaus, Reha, Frühpension) und dann auch noch Dinge wie spezielle Leitplanken und Polizeiüberwachung. Dafür werde ich dann auch noch durch Motorradfahrer auf dem Weg in die Arbeit und zurück gefährdet und in der Freizeit muss ich mir das ganze Wochenende den Krawall anhören. Ich wohne im Donautal und weis wovon ich spreche. Soweit zum "Gleichbehandlungsgrundsatz". Ihr benehmt euch wie kleine Kinder denen man das Spielzeug wegnimmt. Nicht besonders antörnend.
