Parkplatzmöglichkeiten für Bahnfahrende zu schaffen, wurde ja bereits bei der Teilsanierung der Westbahnstrecke probiert. Auf der ggü. Seite hat die Gemeinde Parkplätze geschaffen. Angenommen wurden diese kaum.

Den Plan der ÖBB auf diesem Platz einen Park&Ride-Platz zu errichten finde ich sehr gut. Die Parkplatzsituation in Purkersdorf finde ich sowieso katastrophal. Was nützen die besten Vorsätze, mehr mit der Bahn zu fahren, wenn man beim Bahnhof keinen Parkplatz findet und deshalb dann doch mit dem Auto nach Wien fahren muss.
