Der Erwerb des Grundstücks gibt der Stadt Altdorf und deren Bürgerinnen und Bürgern die größte Freiheit bezüglich der Entscheidung über die Nutzung und Gestaltung des Geländes.
Die SPD Fraktion hatte für den laufenden Haushalt ja entsprechende Mittel beantragt
