On the unfair commercial practices and misleading marketing by Ryanair

The petitioner claims that Ryanair is violating EU Law by its unfair commercial practices and misleading marketing of products to the consumer. In particular, he refers to the acquisition of Priority boarding. He alleges that when booking the service, the consumer is not informed that in practice, this advantage only applies when on the particular airport the passenger is not coached to the airplane. The petitioner wants Ryanair to take responsibility for these misleading practices.
