The petitioner expresses concern at the danger from chemical residues from ancient World War shells. The petitioner takes the view that the cleanliness of European waters is a matter for the entire EU and calls on the EU to channel funding into the decontamination of the Baltic Sea as a matter of urgency in the spirit of the Paris Climate Agreement.
