On calling all Member States of the European Union to be united during the COVID-19 outbreak

The petitioner supports the reaction of the Portuguese Prime Minister to the Dutch Minister of Economy’s speech on the COVID-19 outbreak, considering it anti-European and undermining the spirit of the European Union. The petitioner considers that there is a real risk for the European Union to break apart in view that the Member States cannot reach an agreement on how they handle this crisis. The petitioner says that many sectors are affected by this situation and that, now more than ever, Member States should steer to the same side, be united and have a single voice. The petitioner stands for a stronger, United European Union and for a better Portugal.
