HUMANITARIAN CORRIDORS FOR CITIZENS FLEEING from WAR IN UKRAINE

Expressing the strongest condemnation for the invasion of Ukraine by Russia and the bombing of cities, occurred in defiance of any rule of international law to subdue a sovereign state, refusing any attempt of negotiated agreement and undermining peace and stability of Europe
We ask the Italian Government, the Member States and the institutions of the European Union to engage in an initiative to contrast the aggression by taking the necessary measures, within the reaction of the international community that the UN must guarantee and with an active role in the defensive alliances starting from NATO, so that the invasion is stopped, Ukraine is freed and we can return to the application of the Minsk agreements and to the respect of the Helsinki agreements, reaffirming the fundamental principle of the inviolability of the borders.
We ask the Italian government, the member states and the institutions of the European Union to commit themselves immediately, using all NATO and European forces to allow the creation of humanitarian corridors in order to allow a safe escape of the oppressed citizens in Ukraine to Europe. The institutions must commit themselves to ask Russia to allow the creation of such a corridor, which must be immune from any kind of attack or offensive.
We ask the Italian government, the member states and the institutions of the European Union to immediately grant refugee status to all citizens who decide to leave Ukraine.
We ask the Italian government, the member states and the institutions of the European Union to prepare a reception plan for all citizens who will arrive in Italy, using as a refuge also gyms, vaccination hubs being closed or otherwise appropriate places, in special reception centers for Ukrainian refugees.
We ask the Italian government, the member states and the institutions of the European Union to organize health plans to allow treatment for all refugees who will be injured or otherwise ill.
