A petíció benyújtója a 604/2013/EU rendelet (Dublin III. rendelet) újratárgyalását kéri, három konkrét módosítást szorgalmazva. A rendelet szerinti kitoloncolásokat fel kell függeszteni, és Németországnak minden esetben a szuverenitási záradékára kellene hivatkoznia. Olaszország felé semmilyen körülmények között nem szabad megengedni a kitoloncolásokat.
