There is a need within the growing Indian community in the Netherlands for a bigger and more spacious Temple then the current Shiva Temple in Amsterdam.

To meet these needs, we plan to built a majestic grandeur Temple/Community Centre for prayer, worship, Yoga, meditation, Creative Arts, but also for education in literature, language, Ayurveda, and (Vedic) spirituality. The Temple will be open 24/7 and will serve daily freshly prepared food for free.

Reason

To accommodate all devotees of the current Shiva Temple in Amsterdam, it's important we have a bigger space where everyone can enjoy in safe, healthy and pleasant circumstances.

The Temple will be the heart of spirituality and personal growth. It will attract people from all over the world, while this establishment sends out a powerful signal of acceptance, tolerance and World Peace.
